About Unified Wine & Grape Symposium 2027 (Unified Symposium 2027)
Unified Wine & Grape Symposium 2027 is North America’s largest wine and grape industry conference and trade show, held every January at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center in downtown Sacramento. Presented by the American Society for Enology and Viticulture (ASEV) and the California Association of Winegrape Growers (CAWG) since 1995, the event brings together winemakers, grapegrowers, vineyard managers, enologists, and wine professionals from across the country and around the world. The 2027 Unified Symposium will take place from January 26–28, with the trade show open on January 27–28 as part of the three-day event.
Now entering its fourth decade, Unified Symposium continues to be a leading platform for industry knowledge, featuring sessions on viticulture, enology, business, and regulatory topics alongside a large exhibition showcasing the latest equipment, technology, and services shaping the future of grapegrowing and winemaking. For exhibitors, partnering with an experienced trade show exhibition booth builder in Sacramento helps create a booth that attracts attention and engages wine and grape industry professionals.
